Very attentive and friendly staff, delicious meal

I've been here twice now and loved it both times! Exquisite food at a reasonable price, created by two lovely guys. CosyAtmosphere, highly recommended.

The food was delicious and kind. I ate it. I chose grilled fish and fried fish. Both were delicious.

Delicious food, great service and open on Mondays (while the rest of the island is closed) try the Japanese menu or anything you like a la carte. No reservations. Card or Cash payment.

A local restaurant, very local, but it has a menu in English, dishes that are fresh, freshly prepared and superbly tasty. Cold beer, crisp salads and a reputation for sushi.

I had the Japanese set for ¥2000 which was a great deal: lots of fresh sashimi, soup, a couple appetizers, and grilled fish and rice. A father / son operation it seemed, were attentive and very measured when cooking. Would come back.

First night at Naoshima and this place was recommended to us. We had to wait a little bit to get a table but once we were in we had a room to ourselves and the food was delicious! Very authentic Japanese!

The museums are the best thing about Naoshima Island, but I find it very hard to find food that has reliable opening hours. Monday they are mostly closed. My husband and I walked for 3 hours straight looking for decent food (and that day wasn't even Monday, their holiday) until we stumble upon this Sushi-Sashimi place near the port. The food is fantastic, and the place seems to run only by father and son, but they did it seamlessly. After a long hour of not finding public transport and walking only to find all places are fully booked or closed, finding this restaurant in Naoshima is the best thing that happened to me that day.

A very good shop, next to an owl-definite shop, but not as good as this one, this restaurant's fish dishes are particularly delicious, but the drinks are a little expensive, per capita 2000-4000, 4000 can eat very good, island There are not many shops, most cafes, this one is highly recommended, and is close to convenience stores, folk customs, and bicycle rentals. Off-topic, the boss likes to watch Dragon Ball. If you have a good foreign language, you can talk to the boss about lol.

Don’t be scared by the prices, this place offers delicious sashimi, fried fish and sake-boiled clams that are to die for. Everything is super fresh and prepared right in front of you expertly by the chef. A must if you want something a little special whilst staying on the island.

Book with 9 people. We have you take order by telephone, and sashimi set meal is preference to main. When you enter the store, there is a parlor behind the counter. I heard that it was February's off season, but there was some inbound people and it was a good bustle. We had you respond to many orders cheaply with rice cooker of one shobu cooking!

Delicious, high quality food and drinks in a welcoming environment. Sashimi, chicken karaage, grilled fish, clams and soup were all great. Food is fresh and prepared with care and owners are welcoming and hospitable. True, it's not the cheapest place to eat on the island but it was a standout for us.

Was looking for a place to eat on naoshima, since everything was closed and found this lovely place, can totally recommend this.
